I'll help you create a happier, healthier more vibrant life

In a way that is flexible and free of 'black and white thinking', we will discover the best wellness and nutrition choices that support you and your lifestyle. Together, we'll remove unhealthy expectations and the words "should, ought, and must" from your vocabulary. Recognizing what foods, relationships and unhealthy habits are no longer serving you is the heart of our work. With a mindful approach to moderation we will introduce nourishing food and lifestyle habits that best serve you while still including your favorite treats. The journey may seem daunting, but together we'll begin making gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

“I had been trying to lose weight on my own but I could not figure out how to do it. After meeting with Jenn, we decided to change my entire approach to eating. I started losing weight and feeling great right away. More importantly I knew what to eat. Jenn created a plan that works specifically for me and she was there to answer questions and concerns to help me maintain healthy eating habits. I've been losing weight and it feels great!”

WellFit Philosophy

PRIMARY FOODS VS. SECONDARY FOODS

Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual practice are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat tends to fall into place and becomes secondary.

Your unique chemistry, a look at bio-individuality.

The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has their own wellness and nutrition needs. So when the experts say, "eat more protein", "avoid stress", "carbs are unhealthy" or "get more sleep" it’s too much of a generalization. One person’s optimal choices are another persons poison, and that’s why short term commitments and fad diets don’t work in the long run. I consider your age, current health, activity level, profession and social life to determine your needs and develop the best action steps and goals.
